CPC Holiday Mingle: The Gift of Connection
Grab your favourite festive beverage, dig out your Holiday sweater, Santa hat, elf ears, or sparkliest holiday accessory, and join us on Wednesday, December 16, for CPC’s Holiday Mingle!
Festive apparel and seasonal Zoom backgrounds are completely optional, but holiday cheer is strongly encouraged.
This special year-end gathering will be a little different from our traditional one-question Networking Discussions. We’re trading our usual format for a relaxed and cheerful Holiday celebration filled with laughter, meaningful conversation, and opportunities to connect with CPC colleagues from across the country.
Throughout the mingle, members will be invited to participate in a variety of festive activities and conversation prompts, including:
A Little Holiday Show and Tell: Bring a favourite ornament, holiday mug, decoration, or tradition to share with the group.
The Gift of Knowledge: Share one professional lesson, resource, tool, or piece of advice you would give as a gift to another career professional.
Decorating Our Collective Tree: Choose one word to represent something you learned, appreciated, or accomplished professionally this year.
Cheers to Our Dynamic Profession: Celebrate a professional highlight, recognize a colleague, or share something that made you proud in 2026.
Our Career Holiday Wish List: Share one hope or wish for yourself, your clients, CPC, or the career development profession in 2027.
Festive Fun: Enjoy a few lighthearted holiday icebreakers and Holiday “Would You Rather?” questions along the way.
No preparation is required. Simply come as you are and get ready to celebrate the gift of connection with your CPC community.
The session will conclude with a virtual toast to the accomplishments, connections, and possibilities ahead in 2027!
This event will be conducted via Zoom Meeting, with video optional. Joining is as simple as clicking the link provided in your registration email. If you prefer, you may also join by conference call. The choice is yours!
Participation in every activity is optional. Come ready to laugh, connect, and enjoy a little Holiday cheer with your CPC colleagues!
As CPC Networking Discussions are a benefit of membership, you must be an active CPC member at the time of this session.
