Ann brings over 15 years of experience in Career Development, Human Resources and Employer Relations assisting clients with personal/professional career development, recruitment, and planning. In her previous role as the Career Services Coordinator at Red Deer College, she worked with students and alumni helping them navigate their career path and assisted employers in their recruiting needs. Her commitment and passion for helping others are seen in the development of her Career and Employment private practice she developed in response to a gap in services within the community She owns and operates Career Catalysts Inc. Her business development plan won “The Red Challenge”, a Dragons’ Den style entrepreneurial contest in 2014.
Ann is an active volunteer in the community and within her field. She is an active member of CACEE Canada West (Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers) and former Director of Programming on the CACEE National Board, an active member of the CDAA (Career Development Association of Alberta), and a current Ambassador with Red Deer and District Chamber of Commerce.
