ABOUT ME
I'm an award-winning, Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) supporting individuals in career transition globally, and training career practitioners across Canada and the USA. I've been a member of Career Professionals of Canada (CPC) and the BC Career Development Association (BCCDA) since 2010.
I'm also a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), with more than 20 years of experience specializing in Learning and Development. I'm an engaging trainer, speaker and conference presenter for groups of 100+ attendees.
As a trainer, facilitator and course/curriculum developer, I've designed and delivered group and one-on-one sessions focusing on needs assessment to instructional design to transfer of knowledge.
I've trained hundreds of Career Professionals in job development, case management, employer engagement, career development theories and professional ethics, resume development, and group facilitation.
A proven leader and innovator through experience on various boards and committees including Career Professionals of Canada, the BC Career Development Association, the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (BC), the BC Prior Learning Action Network, and the Focus Disability Network.
