CPC Board of Directors Meeting & Board AGM

Meeting for CPC Board Directors. The first part of this session is the regular quarterly board meeting. The second part of the session is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for board directors.

CPC’s Board of Directors are responsible for the association's governance, strategic direction and accountability.

Governance is the framework, processes, rules, and systems that controls how the board is structured, how it operates and how decisions are made. Strategic direction and planning is done on an ongoing basis by the Board and include both short and long-term goals. The Board has a legal responsibility to provide oversight and accountability for CPC. They must ensure that all legal and ethical standards are followed and the organization is appropriately managing their assets and resources.
