This course will highlight the various helping skills required by career management professionals (e.g., active listening, empathy, communication) and the importance of using these skills appropriately.

This course is part of the Career Management Professional Program (CMPP).  It starts on October 10th, 2012, and runs until October 23rd, 2012.
