ATTENTION: Calling career professionals who work primarily with women!
This CPC Special Interest Group (SIG) is free of charge for members who qualify based on their background, qualifications, and interests. This SIG is limited to 20 participants.
The Working with Women SIG is for career professionals who are working primarily with women. Practitioners working to support women in career development environments will collaborate and share ideas and resources related to labour market trends for women.
Sessions are virtual and take place via Zoom.
- You are expected to attend all four sessions; sessions are confidential and they are not recorded.
- You must maintain your professional membership throughout the term of the program to participate.
- Your group may agree to publish key research findings in the CPC News Feed.
- Upon completion of the SIG, the group may decide to continue to meet for new sessions.
To ensure the integrity and focus of the program, applicants are required to complete a questionnaire outlining their areas of interest. Preference is given to qualified applicants who have not joined a group previously.
To be able to participate actively in the discussions, you must be currently working with women requiring career development support. If you do not have experience working in this area, you will find it difficult to contribute to the group discussion. If you feel that this group is not a good fit for you, please check our CPC Events schedule for another appropriate SIG.
