Recruitment technology trends advance very quickly and you need to keep up. Join us for this fully interactive course for practitioners. In this course you will learn and understand how Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) work. You will learn how recruiters use LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, company websites, and their own computers to find, sort, and select candidates. You will build a solid knowledge base that will enable your clients to submit their online applications and be found by recruiter. You will help your client create résumés that get through the system!

This is a fully-facilitated, part-time 2-week online course.

You participate in the online class and complete daily assignments on your own schedule.
You have full access to all course material, videos, quizzes, forums, and assignments at any day and time during the course.
You work along with other students in the class and participate in group discussions.
Your course instructor is available weekdays to review your progress and answer your questions.
