Profile Text
I am a Psychologist, Learning & Development leader, and Non-Linear Career Advisor with 13+ years of experience designing capability programs, talent systems, and career development frameworks across corporate, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. As Founder of Potential Imagination, I work at the intersection of adult learning science, organizational strategy, and human development — translating research into scalable, measurable career and organizational impact.
My academic foundation includes a Master's in Cognitive Development (Highest Distinction) and ongoing doctoral research in Psychology and AI-mediated development. I hold an Associate Membership with CPHRNS and am actively pursuing my CPHR designation, deepening my commitment to evidence-informed HR practice in Canada.
My career support work spans the full talent and learning lifecycle: competency-based curriculum design, career planning frameworks, graduate services models, and people analytics for organizations of 5,000+ employees. I have directed multi-campus programs, led faculty development initiatives, and advised executive leadership on capability strategy — always anchoring interventions in evidence and measuring real outcomes.
