As an Employer Liaison at ACCES Employment, I apply my skills and credentials to support professionals in marketing their talents and attracting potential employers. I have experience working to support newcomers to integrate into the Canadian Labour Market as well as supporting multi-barrier clients who are entering the labour market.
I am passionate about providing tools, resources, and networking opportunities to both clients and employers, creating mutually beneficial partnerships and outcomes. I plan, implement, and follow up on attraction and hiring events, liaise with community professionals and employers, monitor placements and training plans, and integrate work with support teams.
I also leverage my experience as a Governance and Human Resources Manager, where I led and supported the HR and Governance team, managed group benefits, and coordinated with insurance providers.
I have multiple certifications in crisis and emergency management, humanitarian response, counselling, and policy writing, training and facilitation, DEI which enable me to handle complex and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
I look for opportunities to apply my knowledge and experience to enrich my interaction with the biggest asset of any organization (its people) and to learn and grow from each experience.
