I am a career counsellor and coach in private practice for over 16 years working with varied clients across Canada and with a specialty serving people on non-corporate or so-called “unconventional” career paths. I have worked with clients in various cities and regions of Ontario and other provinces and have been working remotely by video call and phone since 2014.

As a career counsellor, I support people in clarifying what they want for their careers, exploring options, and making confident and courageous career decisions. Having navigated significant career and life changes myself, my work with clients emphasizes meaning, creativity, and quality of life.

I believe it's important to explore career options that will enrich life and build on personal strengths. I work with clients from varied backgrounds who have different career goals, but I specialize in supporting people who are on non-corporate career paths in arts and culture, non-profits, social services, as well as solo-entrepreneurship and freelancing … or a combination of some of the above!

Career counselling offers structure, dialogue, and an objective perspective to help uncover new possibilities. Various reflection exercises, planning resources, and action frameworks provide ways to develop your own concrete steps towards positive changes and more career satisfaction.
