Ksenia holds multiple national certifications in career and employment strategy, résumé development, interview preparation, and work-life planning through Career Professionals of Canada. She is also the founder of Career Success Solutions, where she supports skilled professionals in landing their targeted roles through personalized coaching and strategic job-search guidance.
She is a proud member and volunteer with Career Professionals of Canada and is passionate about helping newcomers build confident, effective pathways to career success in Nova Scotia and across Canada.
