Mercy Beilem is a Career Coach at the NWT career Centre in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. She is a Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP) through the Career Development Association of Alberta and a member of Career Professionals of Canada (CPC). Mercy provides career development support to a diverse demographic including both Indigenous and non-Indigenous, Newcomers and people of colour and reflects the values and principles inherent within the organization. Her greatest accomplishment was going through the process of becoming a Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP). She is also the first CCDP in the Northwest Territories. Mercy enjoys working with people to define their career goals in a realistic way and can easily interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. She is committed to life-long learning and professional development to enhance her abilities to assist job seekers.
