I'm also a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), with more than 20 years’ experience specializing in Learning and Development. I'm an engaging trainer, speaker and conference presenter for groups of 100+ attendees.
As a trainer, facilitator and course/curriculum developer, I've designed and delivered group and one-on-one sessions focusing on needs assessment to instructional design to transfer of knowledge. I've trained hundreds of Career Professionals in job development, case management, social media for job search, employer engagement strategies, career development theories and profession ethics.
As an award-winning career consultant (BCCDA's Career Practitioner of the Year - 2012) with a unique combination of leadership skills, subject matter expertise, and entrepreneurial experiences, I guide others to find clarity and reach personal goals. In 2010, I founded the Job Developers Resource Network which now has over 4900 members and an active discussion forum on LinkedIn.
