I’m an educator, curriculum designer, and career consultant with a passion for supporting people in exploring and reaching their career goals.
With 12+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, and careers fields, I have now successfully helped hundreds of clients, including senior-level leaders, business owners, mid-level professionals, and post-secondary students, find career success.
Currently, I primarily work with post-secondary students and new graduates to successfully transition into the world of work through career guidance, interview coaching, and resume writing.
In addition to my private practice, I advise and educate Simon Fraser University students on job search through the Science & Environment co-op program. It’s rewarding to be an integral part of supporting students in securing work that aligns with their future aspirations.
I also deliver and facilitate careers-related, contract training programs for corporations and employment programs on a variety of topics including resume writing, interviewing, job search, social media, and personal branding.
I’ve been honoured to be invited to speak at organizations such as the Burnaby Board of Trade, University of the Fraser Valley, Women in Male-Dominated Industries, BC Career Development Association, and Ceric (Canada’s leading career research and education organization.)
I am fascinated by all things career-related, especially how the world of work is evolving, best-practice recruitment methods, and organizational behavior/psychology.
